Everything here was good and my room was great-sized and newly decorated. The room I booked was clean and newly remodeled and available with nice furniture and a very comfortable bed, for instance. A shower and hairdryers were available there.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Yerington Home. The rooms are cozy and quiet, equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a seating area. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and excellent.

The location was excellent and the parking lot was convenient. Vicky provided a warm and enthusiastic welcome every morning. Chris went above and beyond to meet our needs and was responsive to our requests. Edward was also helpful with last-minute needs. The lady with the zz plants was knowledgeable.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaint.

The maintance of the room was poor, loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom and it should of been cleaner, smoke detector had no battery and was open, pillows were poor. The walkway on the 2nd floor coming up from the steps you could feel a area where it was ready to break through, they had wire on the railing going up the steps which you could catch your hand on when trying to hold on almost cut my hand on it.

The room was dated. The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold on the wall above the shower and along the base of the shower (outside). The bottom of the bathtub was brown instead of white.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city area. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was convenient if I needed anything. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was ample, so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot for my car. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Vicky, who warmly greeted me every morning. The hot water in the room was instant, and the bed was comfortable. I had a pleasant experience.
